So you need to fill out certain requirements in order to be eligible to buy the members+ rank with 85 lewdcoins. If you go to shop in that menu you can click on ranks and buy members+ which will give access to games+ hope this helps. Lewdcoins are I think given based off of your activity I believe I'm not not all to sure
