Another AVN like Corrupted Love and a few others about to be ruined and made as common as dirt like 10,000 other AVNs and not worth subbing to. Funny how on his SS he's passing it off as unmarketable as it currently is (LC is not chopped liver, who gives a shit if you can't put it on Patreon, Steam or Twitter) even when he had almost 600 subs (probably around $2-3k a month, plenty if living in a low cost-of-living area), most of which will probably unsub and not all will be replaced by those that are wiling to pay for a vanilla AVN with a story that's not all that unique (like vanilla porn it's easy to find for free everywhere, makes about as much sense as buying 3% salt water at $1 per liter when you are in the middle of the Pacific).

Kinda hilarious that due to struggling to find places to charge for his game he changed his characters.

Except the reason most of those backing his game did so because of those very characters.

So in order to try and "save" his game he's actually doing more harm.

Exactly, he's taking a gamble and probably going to lose. Hardly anyone subs to vanilla games and ditching your original fan base and hoping replace them with more vanilla probably won't pan out. He'll probably be trading 600 subs for 200-300 and make even less money. There are very few Dr. Pink Cakes (that probably spent $100k of his own money in ads to get those sub numbers after making v0.1), especially when there is no longer a pandemic with everyone quarantined at home.

Or the UK (that's my bet), Singapore, China, North Korea, etc. That would certainly help his case. The way it was worded he comes off as a greedy bastard that just wants more money (that he should have known would get little of going into it, loli AVNs seldom work out as day jobs if you are not Ketzal or someone with similar skill) with no mention of legal reasons. At the end of the day though the reasons don't matter to me. As I said in the Corrupted Love thread remove the lolis from a loli AVN and it's no longer worth shit to me, let alone $5 a month. Same for incest from an incest-centered one, NTR for those into that, or (insert any favorite kink that was removed with an update here).

I hope he rewrites the scenes. When Patreon cracked down on Incest it led to a lot games with weirdly attached "landladies" and "Roommates" that act like they grew up with you. Not sure you can have Lily's NTR scenes run with the same level of naivety. If He cares anything about the writing it's going to take more than slapping new models on.

I think it would be a lot easier if the dev just made a patch for all the loli content instead of basically reworking the whole game. Just don't post the download links for the loli patch on your SS and you should be fine. There are games on patreon that do that, like apartment 69 for example, it has loli content but it's all in a separate patch and the game is fine on patreon.

I think it would be a lot easier if the dev just made a patch for all the loli content instead of basically reworking the whole game. Just don't post the download links for the loli patch on your SS and you should be fine. There are games on patreon that do that, like apartment 69 for example, it has loli content but it's all in a separate patch and the game is fine on patreon.

Unlike Patreon, SS doesn't generally seem to care about loli content. With the caveat that I am not a lawyer and that this is not legal advice, a dev who:

• Exclusively uses SS
• Is making a game that is legal where they are creating it
• Is making a game that is legal in the US (per the SS TOS' legal jurisdiction)

Should generally not need to patch the version being released on SS. A lot of games have their SS version uncensored and pre-patched for just this reason.

There have been some SS shenanigans, like loli dev/artist profiles being unsearchable there, but unless a legal authority contacts them, like AUS did for PF, they're going to ignore the actual content itself unless it is blatantly and consistently/universally illegal or against their TOS. And while their TOS has a couple blanket clauses that could be used for a lot of stuff, they don't seem to be using those clauses against fictional/3D content. Their TOS has clear prohibitions against ** and against live porn of any kind, but they specifically carve out porn as "real people engaging in sexual acts" in direct rejection of the insane definitions used by AUS.

For a dev who does not meet the 2nd and/or 3rd criteria above, having a patch does not help them in any way.

I talked to the dev a little bit on his discord and he says he just wants to distance himself completely from loli content. I don't blame him but it sucks. The NTR path for lily will probably not make much sense if doesn't rewrite it, but since I am not on that path it will not affect me.

What made me stop supporting and lose interest in playing was episode 05. Before that, practically nothing had happened between the MC and the girls. And out of nowhere, they play a stupid game, and they all get naked in front of the MC, and he gets two blowjobs. Dude, I know it's a porn game, but it doesn't need to be so unrealistic, that was so boring. It seems like that game was just an excuse to speed up the story, due to lack of content (conquest of each girl). I don't know, after that update I didn't play it anymore, I just downloaded it, took a look at the images and then deleted it.

Yeah... You barely get any progress with the daughters because it would be too soon and wouldn't make sense storywise, and out of nowhere they are just fine with being naked in front of their dad. I personally don't mind if AVNs are unrealistic, they all kind of have to be a little bit, especially if you have things like harem and incest in the story, but that whole game scene felt a little weird because of the lack of any progression with the girls up to that point.

Otherwise might as well quit making AVNs altogether, as there's now just too many "safe" AVNs already for anyone to make any significant money if they didn't get on the ground floor during the pandemic. These days I only keep up on updates with maybe 10 such AVNS, and I give none of them money (not worth it to me if it doesn't have the kinks I actually want, but the story is still good enough to keep me semi- interested, sadly without the lolis FF isn't one of them, it's just not that edge-of-your-seat or worthy of a Kirkus Prize or an Oscar if it was made into a movie, very few are if it can't rely on non-vanila sex scenes).

Seems like it woudl be if it was their only livelihood and wasn't just a $100/mo hobby. People move for their day job all the time when it requires it, particularly in the military (usually taking the immediate family with them). Most friends come and go over time, just make new ones.
