I've been holding off on watching it. I hear that it's really good if you only started the series with 4 and 76 but it's bad if you liked the originals and New Vegas.

Unfortunately, I have played all of the games and love the west coast games more than the east coast ones so I'm assuming that I'm going to hate it.

I've enjoyed New Vegas way more than Fallout 4 (never actually finished the game) and I had fun watching the show. I'd say give it a try at least.

Everything also seems to get the Mandalorian treatment, with episode 1 setting up the plot and then every episode between 1 and the final is just filler. Or in the case of Fallout, sidequests.

Sounds like every playthrough of Fallout I have ever done .

I am only a few episodes in but would say that so far have enjoyed it a lot. Hopefully by the time I get to the end will still say the same and if so we will have season 2 to look forward too.

just binged what is out. i immediately recognized the enclave defector as ben linus from lost and also liked they couldn't go full disney starwars on us due to having to keep up with the established lore(they still tried pushing a few agenda's.). overall for a nowadays tv show not too bad.

Would say it's fairly accurate from what I have seen though I am not hugely knowledgable on the lore and have not seen all the ep's yet.

In terms of the games depends on what you enjoy but I certainly enjoyed them, would rank New Vegas as the best of them. If you want a more recent intro Fallout 4 is decent and personally I would avoid Fallout 76.

I liked the Lucy and Ghoul stuff, absolutely hated the Brotherhood of Steel.

If they cut the Brotherhood and focused on Cooper pre-war, what happened to him and his daughter after the blast, I would have enjoyed it a lot more

I'm really enjoying the series so far, trying to watch an episode a night, just got done with episode 3. I really like what they've done with the series so far, and there are a ton of easter eggs and references. Gonna have to watch it multiple times to see them all.

I think Ghoul is the main character. Hope he is the focus of next season
