I'm glad it was good, I was worried. I've played every fallout game except brotherhood of steel and vault 76

was pretty good but not massive fan of fallout, probably better than Halo
Anything is better than Halo TV show. All they did was take the characters from the Halo games, but put them in a completely different universe than the games.

Fallout was great, loved the tie-ins to the games. Even down to the button press noises straight from the game. Also helps that the main girl is a cutie.

I’d give it an 8.8/10 it was a really good

Fallout: NV was one of my favourite games of all time. I was hooked and scared when they announced the Fallout show, since so many video game adaptions are mediocre or outright bad.

But the Fallout series is great. The scenery is very close to the game: the sets, the quirkyness, the gory elements. The actors are pretty good, especially Walton Goggins and Ella Purnell. Seeing Kyle MacLachlan again is also cool, especially for fans of David Lynch.

For me it is a must watch for every Fallout fan.

Honestly a very fun show! Faithful story elements without it being far off the deep end. Wish this kind of treatment was done for Halo... what have they done to you my sweet boy

The series is a blinder, it proper captures the essence of the game. The first episode, in particular, proper grabbed me, enjoyed it twice over. Plus, I've dove back into the game with its fresh look. It's been donkey's years since I've delved into that experience, and now I can't wait to relive it! (y)

one of the better onscreen adaptions from a game/books. most of the time the writers seem to want to show off their writing skills and they completely ditch being faithful to the source material in favour of their own homebrew version. this time however they followed the game pretty well

I enjoyed the show, and only noticed very minor things that were changed. Honestly, it is way better than I predicted it would be. I will probably end up watching the whole series a few times with different people, and I'm not really dreading doing so... which is odd.

Anyone else notice that Todd Howard was listed as an executive producer?

Also... Fallout 4 just got a massive update, which added an Enclave mission and Enclave items/paint. Seems they timed the FO4 update about right, as quite a few people I know that had never played FO4 are now buying and playing it.

The show made me wanna play as a badass ghoul. I hope the next game gives that option.

Loved the series! Great thing about it compared to other "adaptations" is that it's a completely separate story (much like the games themselves) so they weren't so hamstrung on storyline matching one of the games. Another reason is that Todd Howard was part of the production team so I wasn't too worried about things getting out of hand as far as lore since he had a massive say as to what the story would be. Got me itchin' to play FO3 & NV again that's for sure. Think I'll wait to re-play 4 until mods catch up with the new "Next Gen" update.

Haven't watched it but want to know if it is as good as 'Fallout: Nuka Break'. I mean Nuka break was GREAT and honestly thought it (a FAN project) was better than a lot of 'Professional' shows. So can anyone tell me if this new show is as good?

I watched it all in the last couple of days, I really enjoyed it and am excited for where Season 2 is gonna take it.
