this game are so amazing , i played the first version and i see i was abbandonned after the twins , i love the story of this game I was so caught up in the story . i know i don't understand There will be a resumption or there is an update ?

I would assume the new Dev. The fear of being given false hope was the very first reply on this thread and I felt the same when I learned about the project to ressurrect the game.

The first alpha version of the prologue is scheduled for June 1st. The link will be posted here.
The alpha version, will be identical to the original game in terms of dialogue and story. The characters are quite different, and everything has been redone.
The first version includes the opening scene with Lori, the introduction scene with the landlady, the scene at the agency's waiting room, the scene with the mother, the scene with Sasha, and the complete photo shoot with Marie.

This version will be a demo so you can evaluate my work and decide...

... it's not exactly written in code man, just look at the context, it's the same as the literal first reply to this post with the hawkeye meme.
It would have been more accurate if kbakon had said "infer" instead of "assume" but either way it's not much of a mystery.
