I would assume the new Dev. The fear of being given false hope was the very first reply on this thread and I felt the same when I learned about the project to ressurrect the game.

sure would love to hear something from the new developer that this is still in the plans to follow through. Dont care if he gives a progress update just to acknowledge it is still in the works or not. If still in the works then we can have hope and look forward to some very great action with the right age.
