sexlab is old and not really developed anymore.... get yourself members+ I have updated OStim a far better sexy time framework edited for smols in the AAA mod section under members+ also an updated Preggo Mod that should work on smols and a few other mods for smols. Unless they built a mod addon, then you would just need the original mod (for the addon and its dependencies. So the game is just closing with no crash message? Odd. Try updating video card drivers and or chipset drivers? Other than that I don't know try running it with antivirus off? I have not had that issue but I would just start at patch 1.0.1 and repeat the process. When you first start the game while at main menu can press the F8 key should see a message about shader override or some shit. Then hit F10 to save the override. Restart the game.
