discussion Do you prefer 2D or 3D games?

3D often requires a lot more effort for not much of an increase in scene quality. Sometimes it diminishes it.

3D is my preferred choice, but on the od occasion I've found myself drawn to a 2D game as well.

2d for me is best cause cause most of the time it's some artist who spends time drawing all the scenes and if it's good art then that makes the game so much better but 3d is good sometimes too there's games that use amazing 3d models and animations like a pixar movie

Usually prefer 3D stuff, but it really depends on the quality of the art. good 2D can be better than poorly made 3D.

really depends on art quality. if the art quality's the same level, 3D. but i'll take 2D quality over 3D horrorshow anytime
