2D is hand-drawn, animation is more difficult, so there are fewer animation options.i like both but 3d usually have better animations
I think you can find the same appeal in 3D games that use a certain design language as you do in 2D.Actually, i prefer 2D. I find they're the most engaging, with better art and gameplay. 3D can be good sometimes, but the art tries to make the characters look realistic, but instead make them look awful and ugly. 2D is king.
You like it to be close to reality. Also I wonder is it better for you that the main character's face is visible or not?Has to be 3D for me personally. Can't immerse or really connect with the game otherwise + I greatly prefer the visuals of a 3D game
Was just thinking about that when I saw one of the threads.. can't really make up my mind. I want to go with hidden face, but pulling that off well takes some skill on dev's side I think. Can't really give a definitive answer since I don't mind the MC having a face in some games (Milfy City for an example), but would prefer if it didn't in others. You like it to be close to reality. What about you ?
Yeah, I can see the appeal. DMD looks a bit odd without the face, but I imagine the dev. intended it to be an intimate experience.. at least at first, he kinda went all over the place later lol.I'd rather have a face. It makes me connect with the character.
