It's usually the graphics that catch my eye. But the description is what makes me DL the game. I'll give anything a chance, if it made it that far.
The things that are still on my computer the next day, are things that caught my attention in that quick play through. Graphics for porn, Story, Humor. But for it to actually get a home on my games drive, it needs to have a good story and acceptable porn value. Otherwise I won't remember it (story or notable graphics) and won't have a desire to return to it (Porn).

I play mostly for the story, if it's poorly written or illogical nothing can save the game. I can accept bad spelling as long as it's not too much. If it's just porn, there are easier ways to get that kind of stuff.

The porn has to be acceptable for me to consume it in the first place, but the story is the real driving factor. If I wanted pure porn, there are much better avenues to consume it.

The porn has to be good enough. The writing (story/plot/theme/kink/character/setting/pacing/etc) has to be good enough. There's a minimum quality bar for each to keep my attention. I can get eye-candy elsewhere. This is about sex as a mental thing, fantasies. Those need to be expressed well to have an effect.

I tend to play more for porn because the story tends to rarely hit my strike zone to be just as interesting or even more interesting. Not much of a fantasy sword and magic fan, there tend to be more of those porn games then others. Mystery, thriller and horror if the story is written very well can get me more interested in the story then the porn.
