Personally if I see a game that says it has a female MC or even 'multiple protagonists', I leave it alone and don't touch it, sticking to 'male protagonist' centred games.

Is this true of the majority, or am I in the minority?

If you're a male, do you just want to play as a female MC in order to see her get fucked or corrupted?

Or maybe you're a female yourself and want the character to reflect your gender?

Personally, for me, it doesn't matter as long as I find it interesting

Male MC is preferable. It's better to have multiple female characters than multiple dicks. I'm not a fan of dicks.

If a story is really good and it has a female MC, then it's still worth playing.

I definitely prefer male MC, although it doesn't bother me much when it bounces around to the pov of a LI for a bit. But having the MC be a female totally ruins the immersion for me. Well, whatever bit of immersion is possible in a porn game anyway =P

Interesting, there seems to be a preference for MC, not based on attraction of sexual gender, but whether or not the player is immersion themselves in the experience.

Has anyone made a poll recently asking if players treat these experiences as opportunities to immerse themselves, or just as narrative and visual entertainment?

Feels like playing a female MC kinda restricts you to only be able to see one character getting fucked, it gets repetitive pretty fast imo

Definitely prefer male MC. I also tend to avoid games that have only one or two female characters. If I wanted monogamy, I could just go out there and date XD
