I prefer it with no voice acting. I can read so much faster than the voices so I skip most of it anyway. Now having sex sounds like moans and such during those scenes are acceptable imo.

eh most voice acting is pretty mid so i tend to mute them unless they are japanese games then they are goated

These kinds of games don't always attract the best talent for either performance or recording (no offense to the devs), so I tend to prefer not having voice acting. The few that I have played that had voices were still in Japanese, so not knowing the language helps me ignore what doesn't sound right about it.

For RPG games, it thing doing little voice clips or even something like Simlish works.

Just depends if it's good or not. A lot of H-Games VO is very monotone and not great.

I don't normally like the sound of the voices, and I also like to skim through some of the dialog for games that get too wordy, so i would say i dont prefer it
