I like a good challenge in my porn games. Not a grind necessarily but some complexity is nice to say a management game

Depends what you mean by "difficult". If a game has actual gameplay that's fun then sure I don't mind a little challenge; not really into vore but Echidna EX or whatever it was called was a fun time and that had it's challenging moments, Insexual Awakening had some skill-based stuff as well even if it wasn't particularly hard, I thought that was fun for the most part. If "difficult" means click your way to work to grind money through a series of menus 20 days in a row because you need to buy a $300 pack of condoms or something then no, cut that shit out.

I used to enjoy difficulty back in the old days of Newgrounds flash porn games, where you would actually have to play a mini game of increasing difficulty before you get the good stuff. But now I just wanna left click till I get to see the goods. If I want actual gameplay, I'll just download a mod for a game on steam.

I skip most grind/sandbox most of the time it all feels pointless to the story.

I agree with many of the people here, if it's grindy AF i'm just gonna use some cheats. But if there's no real gameplay then it's really just a VN, no?

It really depends on the gameplay. In general I like good puzzle games as much as H games.

a little grind here and there that ends with real progression and the mc feeling more like the tru bad ass is fine, but adding survival mechanics for every little thing to pad out the game or the over complicated love/lust/character point to get this character that might luck content because you didn't find every hidden path/choice option sucks

No, I feel that they should not be difficult because that is not the objective, but to have a long and broad plot.

I'm not playing porn games to be challenged I don't even really like sandbox games ether I want to make some story choices and maybe look in the background for some collectable images and that's about it

If it can't be played with 1 hand and 1 functional braincell, it's a bad game. I think it's safe to say that nobody really plays these type of games for the skill level or intellectual stimulation.. xD

If it's a sandbox it's usually a direct nuke-it-from-orbit-to-be-sure here, as most of them are purely grinding to get a very short scene, with little to no story in between. I'm here for a story, a fantasy, some lewds, and entertainment.... not clicking around randomly for hours on end to find that that one bit I was missing is only reachable 1 time of the day, once a week, when just at the right phase of the moon.
So, yeah, a visual novell with some interaction and impacts on the story is fine, a grind / sandbox / way too much trouble for the results, NOPE!!!

I am fine with reasonable difficulty, but I really don't like grinding and repetition. For example, Treasure of Nadia has good scenes and the story is fine, but the gameplay is a drag.
