I want a game where the main character is a complete bastard without also being kind of retarded and just yelling and screaming all the time.

There really aren't enough total bastard games. Sneaking, kidnapping, raping, and then denying it or blackmailing the women into claiming it was all lies.

Capture girls coming in to save the ones already under your thumb.

Funny thing is I'm pretty chill in just about everything day to day. I have no idea why this kind of shit gets my engine going.

I've seen a couple of games over time that do this well. One in particular is great at it, but the MC isn't meant to keep it going in that one.

But god damn what a ride. I tried so many paths looking for an alternative ending. Alas.

I'm fine with it if MC is a bad person and does some stuff I wouldn't like, but it gets annoying when there are multiple choices and none of them seem good.

Taffy Tales mc is the best example i can think of for a character being so over the top edgy/evil that it took away from the rest of it. normally it doesnt matter though if i dont like it just skip the dialogue

No, I'm never really self inserting here. I could never imagine naming the MCs after myself, for instance. When I'm annoyed at an MC it's because they're poorly written, not because I "can't relate."

Not realy. I find it pretty easy to disassociate myself and the character of any game i play.

I find playing as a female protag too boring so i skip that. But id the protagonist is “chad” even though i cant align with him i enjoy it far more than when he is some normal guy. Also i dont like playing as some sub MC or some whimp/cuck

I can play most games with a male mc. there are some I don't really like but unless they are super assholes I can get by. Or they have dicks bigger than a elephants trunk.... I like more realistic bodies for the mc and the npcs. The one I can not play at all are female mc's. Being a dominant male type myself I just can not wrap my head around playing a girl.. Mentally my mind just cant lol.

Usually I can as you are Role-playing as someone else in a game not you.

Though as said I'm not fond of playing evil bastards or dumb 18 year old teenager in adult games.

Alignment for me is more in terms of sensitivity or world view, rather than things like plumbing or appearence, but yes, since I do somewhat imerse myself into the MC role I am not confortable being forced to do things because the MC would do them, but I never would. This is a stronger effect than reading in a book an MC doing "stupid" things I would not do...
