I don't think it's a good idea to do that, you can very easily drop something on your PC (especially if it's liquid) and break something.

If we're talking AVN's I often put the text on auto and click when I need to while eating. Other games no, crumbs and oils. *looks down at build up on keyboard that I really should clean...*

Not really, though I always prefer to have some kind of drink while I play games. Like tea or coffee, but eating and actively playing at the same time is pretty hard.

A drink is mandatory whenever though, gotta keep hydrated!

It depends on if I'm playing for the story or a quick fap if I'm playing for a games story then yes I sometimes eat when playing if I'm just looking for a quick fap then obviously not
