It's called "Start Conversation". Click on the name of the user and then you see a button on the profile page, or hover with the mouse over the name and in there you can see it too.

Do we still get interest with the bank? I put in like 160 AC a while ago and I don't think it has gone up any. It says I have 0% Daily interest for some reason. I also don't see the collect button

No more interests with the current bank (hasn't been for months).

I did had a notification that the bank isn't working anymore, but because of several rollbacks to previous backups it got reverted, I'll add it again.

Yeah, I have tried that a couple of times, but I can't get people to engage with my posts, and I don't like posting empty nothings just for points. I'll check on those events you mentioned thou, thanks!

If you don't want/can communicate, then posting "nothings" is the only way. Look at all the question/poll threads, you can simply state your opinion. That's what everybody else is doing too. Nobody will really care anyways, but you might get one or two reactions from the next one who posts in there.
Just try to aim for a couple of posts per day and it slowly fills your wallet, maybe it even starts a discussion, who knows.
