I need activity score and reading score - I have no clue how to gain those

Engage with the forums. Read through the posts and reply to them. Don't just click around. You have to spend some time on the pages and make real posts of substance.

True I haven't been active - I'm still new to AVNs so I don't know much about anything

Also I am reading but the reading score isn't changing :|

Bit of a tip on getting the reading score to go up. Try roughly the speed of a kid just starting school.
Also, slowly scrolling back some helps as well.
