The discounts are unannounced randomly once a week.
When you go into the shop and click on one of the ranks, you can see on the right site when the price was last changed. That's when the last discount ended (or started if one is currently on).
That way you can kinda guess when the next might come.

I bank is really helpful, vut it would be a lot more if depositing and withdrawing didn't reset the timer to collect interest and/or if the interest was collected automatically. Even using the site everyday, many times I forget to go to tge bank page.

But we may get a new feature for the bank. I kinda suggested that we get a notificaton if interests are collectable. The bank feature plugin should have this as an option, so it may come.
Well, in the real word transactions don't "reset" interests, obviously it have a lot more complex math, but I think one easier way to circuvent this was to give interest based on the lowest value of the last 24 hours or something like that.
