Before you met the MC, he lived alone, so there was no need for additional bathrooms as it was just him there.

This just makes him sound like an idiot who either hired a really shitty architect since they didn't say.. "Hey dumbass.. you need more bathrooms if you want to sell this house" or he hired a good architect and then ignored them when they told him he needed more than 1 bathroom

Or maybe he hired a corrupt realtor that had been stuck trying to get rid of the house for years since nobody else wanted a giant house with 1 bedroom.. I have such trouble imagining anyone not named Kardashian spending twelve thousand dollars on a couple of blouses and skirts (that aren't inset with diamonds) that I edited the script to divide the amount by 10. Still a lot of money but more believable.

The reason behind the amount is because I needed Emily to have a lot of clothes, since she went to live with the MC with just the clothes she was wearing.
(Jasmin had bags/boxes, so clothes could be in there (plus she'll wear Emily's clothes), and Holly had some clothes bought for her too).

So if they only bought a few clothes (low amount of money was spent) it would look odd that they are wearing new clothes all the time, it would be like "where did they get all these clothes from".

okay let's start with something believable, several of the early investors in BitCoin made a few Billion on it.
so say the mc has 5 billion. of which apparently he spent a few million on a house with only 1 bathroom in it, and not even on the floor he sleeps on.
spends some on a luxury SUV nothing too high end.
what he has is still a few billion.
Now he invests in low yield safe investments and securities (i mean he is a single young guy who doesn't need a lot more money). so yearly interest and dividends and such will still bring in a few million a year. which will EASILY cover a $12k shopping spree for a, well i used 16 year old, daddy's girl who can finally get all the clothes and accessories she wants from a store she would have been chased away from before.

Everyone mentioning the bathroom thing forgets the mc has big money, so he can always have more built someplace in the house with fancy marble and gold etc. and still have a lot more f u money still left over for other expensive stuff, or he just buys a huge ass mansion with so many bathrooms and rooms with a pool in the backyard and no neighbors so he can have it to live in also if he gets a huge harem.
