There's already a built in walkthrough for both versions.
And no, there wil not be patched content. (the game is not released directly on Patreon and is instead on Discord (via tier roles)). So if Patreon ever has an issue, then Patreon will no longer be a thing for this game.

First, I wanted to comment on a reply a few pages back (from this morning....).
This thread was NOT specifically a cause of the "new rules" (which haven't even happened yet). It was not the thread (or a thread) I mentioned in my clarifications I typed out for Crowley either.

My info on the poll had nothing to do with devs paywalling higher tier versions of the game at all.


Also:

They get the links for leaked updates from F95, if I add the April content to the SE version, then it will not be posted on F95 due to Rule7 and as such there will be no link for them to get.

No, this "new rule" does not prevent devs from getting ownership of the thread. It would prevent them from doing it JUST to block it from getting updates forever. They can still gain ownership, however after the time limit is up (12, 15, etc days, whatever is decided), mods are able to update the OP with a link to a leaked version if it exists.


Also, for those mentioning @RIC0H 's admin position, per the logs, they have only ever used the "admin" level powers once, months ago. This was to edit an addon to fix CSS issues per Crowley. As for "mod" powers, those were never used, with the exception of 3 times when they edited their own content (editing any content for a mod shows in the mod logs even if it is your own).


I dont like or approve of adding stuff behind a paywall either, but this is their choice. It has nothing to do with this site or it's rules.

No, small edits like that wont count. Its stuff like making changes to addons or users that count. Also, by once I meant one incident, there were a few related actions dealing with addons.

Every single time they tried to paywall content, the VN never reached success

If the VN is good enough, even if you give it for free, people will support you eventually

Unfortunately not. Why? Because RIC0H owns this thread. Therefore, by Lewd Corner policy, HE decides what gets posted here. This is why we are only getting 0.6 right now which has been available on F95 since September: RIC0H only makes each update for the crippled version (SE) available for free when the next version of the SE comes out for pay, no matter how long that takes (7 months in this case). It was not allowed to be posted on LC until now. And since RIC0H only allows the full version (GE) to be sold for $20 on his website and never, ever makes it available for free (even when the next version comes out) we will NEVER get it here. And while we will probably be able to get the crippled version of 0.7 on F95 any day now, we also will not be able to ever get the GE since it violates their precious Rule 7. So we Lewd Cornerians are well and truly fucked.

It actively makes me less inclined to support such a dev.

But he is not scamming or hiding anything, and it helps no one to claim he is. He's got the poll going in his Discord, and given the broader talks about posting leaks against the dev's wishes after a delay, it may be moot soon enough anyway. So give him some time to make a decision about it, and for the conclusion of the broader site discussion about leaked copies.

you see what I did there? how many good games have been destroyed and milked for years? there is nothing we can do if people are willing to support a guy with 17k per month (eromancer is the greatest scammer so far, he makes to most cash) to update his game with a long list of "fixes" no one asked for and maybe a single sex animation once every month or two (same animations different model most of the time)

just because people are willing to simp someone, doesn't make it right. we however have every right to be upsad over this crap... it won't change anything ofc, as long as people are paying. would I not milk a game or do weird choices while people are willing to pay me more for less work if I ever decide to milk my game like others? who doesn't want to work less for more cash? and let me very clear about this... if this choice goes along and doesn't hurt the Dev in the long run, you can bet your ass at some point after many more weird choices that are good for the Dev but bad for the players, this Dev will start milking the game - it's what THEY ALL DO. the only Dev that makes good money that never sold out so far is TK8000 (this Dev actually goes back to older games to update them because of how much he cares) but he also makes the least amount of money out of all the other Devs so who knows...

stupid people and simps have a weird way of fixing problems, they don't. they keep throwing money at the problem instead of leaving. I can point at any game you love that's been milked for years and then fix it by making that Patreon subscription into a 0 and you will see that game starting to be updated every single week with amazing updates the Dev already made 2 years ago but was keeping to release whenever...

don't let this Dev have his way, anything that makes a game a worse experience for the players is always a bad thing. live service single player games with a day one dlc and a fucking cash shop, how do you think we ended up here? because we keep giving in to these stupid decisions.

I mean, all the dev had to do was to set an overtime decreasing price for GE too. I understand the reasoning behind making 2 versions to counter stuff like R7 on F95 when they're so inconsistent with patches they accept, but locking content behind a non variable price of 20$ is wild.
