I think the download is pre-patched. The incest stuff is in there. I haven't gotten to any loli stuff yet. The old saves are no good so I had to start over. As I recall there were only a couple loli scenes and they were kind of late in the game. At the beginning though, it did ask if I wanted loli content turned on so that seems like a good sign anyway.

edit: the loli content is definitely not include.

adds "loli" scenes that SS would bitch about. The quotes are due to a 16yo midget with small tits being called a loli (legit lolis are 12 and under). At least that's all I've come across so far after a replay (after 4 years mostly forgot about it). I do remember an actual loli scene with a 10yo or something but I think that got removed to keep it on Fuck95 unless I just haven't caught up to that part yet (about 2/3 caught up so far). Overall this isn't really a loli-centered AVN, it's just a few scenes shoe-horned in to get the tag and the story isn't left with plot holes without the patch.

And no, new updates needs new patch, otherwise starting with the new house scene in v 0.13 you still get the text box but no renders and other bugs. To deal with the usual pixel warrior idiots the loli patch is for paid subs only above a certain tier where the link is on his Discord only and never free so getting the update of that might take awhile and possibly never, as Fuck95 removed the loli tag and link to the patch like the useless shit site it is.

Considering the v12 patch consists of a total of two scenes with terrible image quality - I'd say you're probably right about it being shoe-horned in.

And I highly doubt a v13 patch would bring anything to the table unless the dev decided to make the entire version about lolis in particular.
There's a bit of dialogue and some tags in the patch, but I couldnt be bothered checking it out more thoroughly considering the small impact it'd have on the game (and the quality is just horrendous, even worse than the rest of the game - lol), to see if it'd integrate easily into v13.

Out of curiosity, I applied the v12 loli patch to the v13 game. It works as far as I have gotten adding in the appropriate scenes.

Even mashing the skip button, I can't seem to get through the content fast enough. I had forgotten how unattractive most of the women are and how gross the MC is.

The first few scenes are with the "16 year old" who is "kind of small for her age." She's not attractive, and the scenes are totally not worth the bother.

I know there are the later scenes with the ice cream truck guy (who has zero connection to any other part of the story) and the little one. That is of course assuming the scene is even still there.

I don't know if I'll even bother though. The overall quality is just bad. I'm not enjoying it, and this is kind of just wasting space on my hard drive.

V12 loli patch works until you get to new v13 content, then all you will see is a big loli silhouette replacing all the renders, but I guess you can still read it and use your imagination. Though I just quit at that point until maybe the v13 patch is leaked. And yeah, technically there's animations but they are 2016 vintage 2-render flip flops early on eventually getting improved to 5 render loops rather than proper 30fps animations most expect in 2026 with an animated tag where those 5 renders are used as key frames in Blender or Cascadeur or similar. Really it's still good enough to fap to and could be worse, as even bad Daz is still better than good Koikatsu or HS most of the time.

Edit: Someone upped the v13 patch on Fuck95, got lucky and grabbed it before he was prob banned.

Edit2: Not sure why but the patch renders ain't getting applied (ie new_mc_house_21 onwards), so as a crude and awkward fix you will have to open the loli folder and look at them that way while reading, though the "animations" no longer work anymore that way as instead of proper webm's for those it's just ta few webp's flipping at about 10 fps between them (ie new_ms_house_26-29).

In order to fix the image problem, extract the images.rpa file and then move all the new_mc_house images from the loli file into the images file.

loli is indeed a stretch. However the game is not afraid of delving into many darker scenes so lets hope the developer will add more and even some real loli content.
