If this hasn't been pointed out already, there are several repeating areas. I started a fresh run through with this update. In the prologue when the MC goes to check on his mom and sees her smoking, there are several scenes that repeat multiple times.

A) complete and fully equivalent to an earlier paid release (just time-delayed to give subscribers some value for their donations)?

B) a stripped-down version of the paid release that excludes gameplay content (paths, renders, animations, scenes, characters, etc.) that will be kept exclusive to subscribers in perpetuity?

C) a full version of the game that lacks NON-GAMEPLAY extras such as bonus renders and/or animations, cutting-room-floor type content, Discord or Patreon content that was not included and was never intended to be included in the base game?

Your comments always seem to leave a little ambiguity. Maybe the language barrier?

It is type A, a time delayed version. @RealLegacyUser always made clear, that every content will be eventually free, but the supporters should get something for their money. And in this case it's earlier access, depending on their level of support. In my opinion the best way of payback by the developer. Paywalling content never left a good image about devs. And RealLegacyUser said once on discord, that he doesn't like paywalled content either.

I did have a question if you have a moment to answer. I've played through chapter 2 and so far and haven't seen any magnifying glasses or cameras. Is there a guide for finding them? I ask because my vision is kind of poor and I doubt I would be able to find something that blends into the background or is intentionally difficult to spot. I know this next part is asking a lot, but I'm the type of player that had to disable the mini-game because of my poor vision and I would appreciate if the same option was available to disable the hidden pic hunt by highlighting them.

For the players who like to hunt, I would suggest you consider putting in a counter at the end of each chapter. Like "0 of 1 magnifying glasses found" so they have some idea of how many they need to watch out for.

Because Mega is the cheapest at $5/TB for those that are not too cheap to pay for their hosts. Everyone else = 2-3x as much. Pay them = no limits to worry about other than a busy month that takes the whole TB. Free downloads suck in general by comparison if it's not a torrent with permanent seeds. I just got tired of putting up with 100kb/s speed (when my connection can do 5-10,000x that) and 5-10GB/day limits.
