Loli, incest, and harem are three of my favorite genres, and a post apocalypse is a setting where those make the most sense and can fit in easy.
But multiple protagonist games always make me worry, it's often used as an excuse to add swinging or NTR without having to admit to it. Will the multiple protagonists be used as an excuse to show girls having sex with others besides the main male character? For example, saying, "She was the protagonist of those scenes and so her having sex with a bunch of guys before getting to the MC wasn't NTR..."
I'm also a little confused on how you plan to implement NTR (if at all) based on the statements I quoted. Are you saying that if the player goes for a harem, then they will get NTRed and can only avoid it by just not having sex with anyone except one girl? Will the game be NTR heavy, with love interests having sex with lots of other people, and the only way the main male MC doesn't get NTRed is if he just doesn't go for the girls? I'd rather sit the game out then get surprised later if the "harem" is locked behind girls having sex with other guys.
Basically:
After the game starts and a potential Love Interest for the main male character is introduced, is there a moment in this game (on screen or off, or even in a flashback) were that female character has sexual contact with a character (male or female) who is not the main male character? If on screen, is it forced (happens and we must watch), skippable (forced to happen, not forced to watch), or avoidable? Avoidable meaning, it does not happen at all if I, the player, don't want it to? As in, it doesn't happen without *player* consent? If off screen, is it mentioned and confirmed, or could I head canon it as not happening because it is never confirmed?
I know this is a bit wordier than the typical, “Hey, this got three-letter content?” But my questions really cut to the quick of the issue and removes the BS that sometimes comes with these conversations. If you are uncomfortable answering this in the thread, then a PM is more than welcome. Just to be clear, simple "yes or no," answers don't necessarily keep me from playing a game in-and-of themselves. I do care about context as a player, but I like to know what I'm walking into. I don't like starting a game expecting a harem (for example) only to get other guys banging love interests left and right any more than I'd like starting a game and having random necrophilia dropped in the middle. Or starting a fantasy RPG and then getting hit with random NASCAR driving simulation content all the time. If I know about it ahead of time and know the context, that may be a different story. For example, the games AlwaysFan and Desert Stalker are two games I enjoy, and both have fully avoidable NTR/Sharing/Swinging.
