Having no friends, being bullied at school and abused by her father. Is what drove her to it.
If you decide to reject her, it is just the last thing that pushes her to end her suffering.
By accepting her, you give her that last glimmer of hope, and show her that she matters and deserves to be happy.

Also, not all porn games are "silly". Some of us actually play these games for the story

No matter how you look at it, that's not good form for a dev. On the other hand he charges per update on Patreon so I guess he's only hurting himself.
