Reasons why the player base shouldn't have so much influence over the story.
At least if they're NOT giving the dev money. If you're giving the dev $100 or so, then yes, you can get some influence in the story development, or maybe a special character...but that should be left up to the dev.

You know what tipping $10 at my ramen shop gets you? NOTHING. You know what tipping $100 does? I'll -listen to- your suggestions for different ramen combinations...but no guarantee that I'll make it.

Nah I don't think the content should be influenced by how much money you decide to donate. The donations or subs should be a way for you to support the dev because you like his game and you want him/her to keep working on it. Having the supporters influence the content based on how much money they give is a sure way of ruining a game.

$100 is literally nothing when compared to the thousands or more per month a dev could make on an AVN game. Even if someone does a one time donation of a thousand, it's still not worth influencing the story.

The moment a game gets "forcibly" influenced by the players whether by money or loud complainers, it no longer feels like the dev's passion project, and instead is now just a job to get through, and it almost always shows in the sudden lack of quality afterwards. It also explains why some games don't get finished or updates take longer and longer to the point of milking the supporters.

Hell no. The way all of the potential payment sites work are that you have decided that this person's work is worth sending them a little bit of cash as support so they can keep doing it. It's never a 'pay me and you gain creative control' thing. And too many folks misunderstand that.

The only time support should allow any level of creative control is if the dev actively asks for it from supporters. I.e. a poll. The rest of the time, supporters should just quietly appreciate what they're getting. And if they stop liking what they're getting, just unsub and stop paying.

Unless the dev and a supporter sit down and negotiate a contract where they give content of a particular type to the supporter for cash, that supporter should have no input on how the content comes out.

Giving fans DIRECT CONTROL over creative ideas, story and progress is a terrible idea.
Not only the people don't know the general direction of the story but they also have their headcanon. Over time if it continues, the project gets completely warped into ideas of the people paying, rather than a passion project that the developer does.
For some people it's even uncomfortable to have that looming feeling of someone behind them and reminding that they paid 100$ to get their idea through. Then if it doesn't get through, the same person going and badmouthing the developer for ripping them off. Or developer refunding that cash (that he may have needed that month maybe) to get the person of his back.

It's fine and fair to give tiny bit of creative control. For example letting polls decide who gets an extra scene per update.
I believe in developer x supporter symbiosis. Without the supporters, developers can't function efficiently. Without developers, fans overall, paying or not, don't get anything.
Supporters have to be respectful of the dev. However not be afraid to POLITELY criticise if what they're supporting gets warped beyond recognition or when they're misled. Or if the developer sits on his ass doing nothing when he's got a fully paying job as dev.
Where developer should be respectful and value the fact that there's people willing to put cash towards an uncertain development of a game. Treat it as a job + hobby. Deliver updates on regular basis.

Honestly am not into dick myself but why would anyone hate Nea they are super damn sweet like i can easily over look the dick for her.

Wasn't this game abandoned by the author due to problems with him in his country, because of the game and because the platforms he made money from had blocked it?

Nah I think you're confusing it with another game. The dev is still on patreon and SS. He is just taking a long ass time to finish the next update. The last time he updated the progress tracker was july 24thtracker.png

Either they've abandoned the game, or they don't want to look for it anymore, because when I asked them, they told me so. :D:eek: Well, I'm going to start following here because I was enjoying the type of story.

They have a 3 month rule for abandonment Me´ve been told. So. Stay here. Here are games, with years of no update. But not abandoned. :ROFLMAO:

Oh it being tagged as abandoned on cuck95 doesn't mean anything. Their rule is that if the dev doesn't make any posts for over 3 months the game gets tagged as abandoned. The dev is still actively working on the game and both their patreon and SS pages are fine.

I'm glad I found it here, because I'd been sad, because the story is well written and the characters are very nice and when I got to talk to the author at the beginning of the game he said that it would take a long time, but that he would finish it, even if it took a long time because he wanted the story to be really good

Progress tracker was apparently updated 20 days ago. We are slowly getting there. Not much left now.

12 whole scenes after more than a year without updates. Wow, what an incredible pace. We got a real Lightning McQueen here.

Dropping development of this until PL finished was a horrible mistake. Luxee should have stuck to the every other month release cycle like other devs who work on 2 games at once. At least then if he dropped the project there'd have been a solid amount of content to enjoy.

I played PL (when it was completed) before this one, so AP69 seemed like the next step. Its been a year or so since i played it. The image quality is the same, kinda grainy, the sandbox is new though. So far, the story isn't all that interesting. Not counting the fact that the MC looks like a fag, I guess It's an okay game. PL on the other hand was very cute and charming. An enhanced edition of PL would be nice :)

alguma novidade da atualização?
He is asking if there is any update.

Tem informação sobre atualização alguns posts acima que fala do estado que o jogo ta, eu acho que ainda vai demorar um pouco para sair alguma coisa.

Hardly do they fallow that rule as well (just like the loli one), I have seen games that are definitely way more than 3 months without update, and they do nothing, plus I am almost sure it took more than 3 months for them to mark this one as abandoned.

Wow thought this game went up flatlined Thanks for the update
