AI isn't ruining porn, it's opening up more possibilities for it. What's screwy with it right now is all the weird cartoon photoshop type stuff that's all over the place. Loli with adult bodies, chiseled abs on petite figures, etc. Fake celeb movies have a bit to go still, but it's getting better about not looking exactly like someone pasted a celeb face on a normal porn movie.

lol, well you can blame that one guy from 4chan who spent months hand tagging millions of lewd inputs and then training an ai model on it, giving us the Pony Diffusion base checkpoint.

I don't think that AI Art has ruined porn, AI Art is still very limited. If AI Art ever gets to this level, then come back and discuss whether it has ruined porn or not.

Once upon a time, seeing a new game on Nutaku felt like christmas. TenkafuMA, Minitary Girls, Daraku Gear, all games not only made with porn but made with heart and soul.
Now, every single new release is the exact same gacha packed to the gills with the exact same girls, all in slightly different costumes from the exact same AI art style. Porn bores me now, because of AI.
Why the hell would I bother fapping to something nobody bothered to create?

I don't share your opinion. There is a guy here posting only AI generated goblin girls .. they are sexy as hell imho.
There was an awkward period where AI struggled generating hands or vaginas so you ended up with ton of cursed pictures.
But that was long time ago and every single day AI improves.. even if we say AI pictures are soulless, it is just matter of time when that also is resolved.
One thing is for sure, AI is exciting and terrifying at same time.

AI art is great. And it will be better and better. Videos and 3d models are coming some time later.
Progress since 2022 is overwhelming, even if new tools aren't developed as fast as new models.

I agree with you that goblin girls are incredibly hot but there are pictures created by AI that are not as impressive as these goblin girls

For now i feel like that it does overflows the market, mostly because i like the genitals quite detailed and not many AI "arts" do that. But on this site there is a guy that can create quite detailed AI art (for example his best work i found yet https://lewdcorner.com/threads/ai-girls-general-loli-furry-requests-etc.9070/page-14#post-389724) .... So thanks to him i know its getting better and once it is at this level and i am looking forward to it.

I feel you can do creative things with AI but it also makes it very easy to flood the market with crap. People using AI to enhance their productivity is exciting, people using it to replace creativity altogether is depressing.

Honestly I think so. I think depending on the art style, I can like it to an extent, but it can still look really unappealing and uncanny. I still vastly prefer original hand-made art

It didn't ruin it but it has more so just become its own niche. I see a creative prompt every now and then but its mostly not my tastes. I value ai as a tool to help speed up certain aspects of development. Like if you train an AI off your work it could then do coloring and shading for you. Or a voice actor could charge a subscription or price per line to use their generic AI generated model, and then charge more if you want them to come in and get better more specific voice lines. But hey this shit might go even crazier in 10 years or be regulated into the ground.

even before AI you still had to wonder if it was "photoshopped" or not...
Ai is no different then using CGI/photohop to improve/enhance photos we the public haven't seen a pure "real" photo in almost 20 years now don't know why people are only starting to complain nowadays... besides AI currently you can tell the difference but soon enough you wouldn't be able to notice any difference.

eh to me it hasn't really ruined it just added to it, porn hasn't changed you can still find porn not related to AI if not more. AI just is an additional way and I guess accessible way for someone.
