Anyone else feel like AI art ruined porn?

With AI art being in full swing and flooding every image sharing site, it feels like so much of the soul is lost in a sea of art that everyone can instantly read as AI art? That the soul and talent is just missing from the AI art and I just dismiss it outright. Very rarely have I seen AI art and ever felt any arousal from it.

I don't share your opinion. There is a guy here posting only AI generated goblin girls .. they are sexy as hell imho.
There was an awkward period where AI struggled generating hands or vaginas so you ended up with ton of cursed pictures.
But that was long time ago and every single day AI improves.. even if we say AI pictures are soulless, it is just matter of time when that also is resolved.
One thing is for sure, AI is exciting and terrifying at same time.

It improved porn, AI is only a tool, you decide how to use it, in dark or bright motives. Everyone can try to create their onw art, it's easier to draw a picture with a good draft/prompts from the AI, it does increase drawing and quality of the image.
I haven't seen / watched any porn made with AI alone. There were two or three AI JAV's but that's only it. Short video clips don't count

Soon enough everything we consume will be AI driven. Some of us will cling onto media generated by real people, but every generation passes eventually.

You can be outraged all you want, but I doubt it will help. I think in about 8 years studios like Met Art will either fade into history or adapt to the new realities. Although even now the models' photos are already undergoing such a strong processing in graphic editors that they have become indistinguishable from those generated with AI.

Don't underestimate the human fear of AI. The more it grows the more resistance will occure. IMO, up to now there is more hype than resistance on AI only because most people simply don't know how far those algorithms are implemented in our daily lifes. Same counts for AI generated pictures, I guess. If you ask people on the street, probably many of them won't even recognice if it is AI or real.

I think it ruined a lot of porn threads/places. It is a lot harder to find normal stuff in some places because the AI stuff has overwhelmed it. In general it is fine I just needs to be categorized separately.

I think thats the problem, with the improvement of AI quality at some point you cannot different between AI and reality. So you have to force the algorithms to make it visible...

depends on the context/fetish. Sometimes it's great, other times it's as you said, a bit soulless.
For instance, I'm not a big fan of it in games. I can give background art a pass, but if a character was AI generated, it just doesn't do it for me.
However, you go into the lurkers thread and can find all sorts of goodies where AI was used right.

The AI generated images got this special vibe (ribs, eyes, "wetness", asian faces), you can easily tell whether it's real artist or AI. The Sora presentation blew my mind a bit, but there are lots of flaws in the details. Hope they'll fix such bugs soon. Midjourney AI sucks, it's got lots of those flaws, even tho the pics are perfect

I do think it ruined celebrity images. Even when real images of them exist, the AI ones dominate the search result and are often very realistic. I want to see the real celebrity in a compromising position, not a spiffy drawing.

If I see celb boobies, I want the real thing instead of having to wonder if they'ye real or not.

There are too many artists' works out there, I doubt it'd make any money on onlyfans or patreon, unless the AI engine is something super powerful, private and got tons of features and detailed settings to compare with free/popular ones
