Anyone else actually a fan of the grinding games?

Management games are naturally grindy, but they are also some of the best adult GAMES. You cannot really consider a VN where you press skip until the next binary choice comes on screen a game.

no not at all. I really don't like the ones like a69 where you have time that changes and you have to be in the specific place at a certain time for the game to progress, otherwise its like groundhog day and nothing happens. The game itself is good, but just the wtf do I click on to get something to change cycle kind of blows

Dropped a lot of games just because of the grind. It is also why sandbox is generally a very hated tag or category of game.

Yes, I prefer it; I feel like I've earned it, and when the little quests are well done, it's fun

I also agree that grinding in game is worth it, when there is a good balance of content and grinding. Sometimes it does get tedious, but i prefer games that make you work. Rather than just pressing for the next frame

I can play a regular game for 8 hours and not mind the grind if I enjoy the game loop. When I sit down to play an adult game I'm usually only looking to play for 30 min or so. If I have to spend 2 hrs to get some random girl to give me a blowjob, right after I nut I think "what a waste of my evening..."

I grew up on jRPGs so I don't mind it but if I can skip it I will.

I usually don'y like grinding in porn games because when it comes to it the scenes don't really make up for the hours of hard work. I believe the only way to make grinding enyojable is if the quality of the lewd scenes or the rewards are proportionate to the amount of grinding you should do, which most times doesn't happen even though the game devs believe so. This is the reason most people go straight to the gallery unlocker.

I don't mind the grind as long as there is a worthwhile reward at the end.

I like management games and grinding where it feels fun or there's a reason for it is enjoyable to me. I am not a fan of games that are grindy for the sake of being grindy and to make their content last longer though. A game needs to find that grind sweet spot or not bother with it at all.

If grinding is used to inflate play time, then no. I like more of a natural way to work towards a goal just enough to where it doesn't feel like I'm choring it all the way through. (If that's even a word)

It depends on what the grind is for and the context of it. Grind can by fun at times if the core loop of the game is fun enough.
It's not an H-game but Stardew Valley for example is technically super grindy. But it has a fun and addictive gameplay loop so I still enjoy it in spite of the grind.

I'd say it's survivable up to a point. As long as there's something worthwhile at the end of it

Only if the reward is worthy of it.

I think I'm not patient enough. It also depends on the type of grind. If I have to repeat some scene 30 times just to earn money and to progress it's bad design imo
