Anyone else actually a fan of the grinding games?

Yup, this about sums it up for me right here.

I was a fan for a while, then I started to hate them, especially because of their game engine that didn't work properly.

I don't mind it in JRPGs. It's mostly there to turn off your brain and it's a lot better than watching TV.

Occasionally I enjoy a grindy adult game, provided that the content/grind ratio is decent and that there is some amount of strategy involved. It's party about building anticipation, and partly about the feeling of having "earned" the reward.

Yes, the "earning" of the reward, EXACTLY!!!

I don't mind a little grind but if it goes on to long I get bored with it.

No, but there is a point where grinding takes up more then half the game, you have a problem. The biggest problem I have is games requiring multiple playthroughs to get alll the content/relationships. I just don't have time for that

As long as the grind isn't too boring, for example Love & Sex: Second Base is super grindy but at least it's somewhat entertaining.

A bit here and there for progression, but I don't like waiting too long. It's a tough balance to strike. Good writing is key!

Who can be a fan of grinding games?

No. If there is an option or cheat to pass the grind, I always choose it.

Even in adult games, I like some actual gameplay rather than just clicking through dialogue so I like some grinding for money or stats as long as it's not excessive.

It all depends on how grindy it is. Games like The Headmaster are just the right amount of grind for me. But if it's just constant cycling for days at a time, then it burns you out real freakin fast.
