yeah, and here the worst part is the humid conditions, so, I practically live inside with AC. I used not have AC when younger and I literally sat on towels lol. Like the sweat s a killer, and I only go outside if need to tidy the back yard, but this time of year so far the weather is nice and pleasant. Then also, the cold is something Im not over keen on, so there is no win for my body lol.

I just feel like you can always put on more clothes if it's cold. There's ways to stay warm. If you're hot, you're just screwed most of the time.

Never been, what games do you tend to play?

I would prefer table games but you need to stake so much, especially in my game of choice of Craps. I lost $100 on various video penny slots before winning $200 on a dollar slot machine in Circus Circus's little coin-op building. Put $20 in the machine, and gave the cashier 223 $1 tokens. Well, they call them "tokens" but they're like a full inch in diameter so they're really more like medallions

It depends on your tolerance for noise, tobacco, and weed. Also how much you're willing to spend, not just lose. Recently everything's gotten so fucking expensive because all of the casino owners are going after foreign business travelers.

Yeah, and I've been hearing that tourism is really struggling. Especially with gas prices now, travel is probably not an option for a lot of people.

It's not just gas prices, but politics in general. I'm not going go into details, nor am I interested in such a discussion, but it is a fact that the current administration's policies have really killed a lot of foreign tourism that places like Vegas tend to rely on.

There actually is more truth to our joking round than some people think./ Especially in Australia where th sun UV reys are pretty high.


I do like sun, and its important for us apparrently, with vitimin D or whatever it is, but so many people here get skin canser and sun related problems that does make me wonder, so I suggest people convert to vampirism right now and stay lurking in dark places....

To be honest, probably few years ago I was in rl into the blood. I experemented and I did enjoy it for a while, but then there are dozens of reasons it can be unhealthy. Mainly the hygene and all this, but then I was never hugely into it, but rather more into vampire lor and legends, and Im bit of Goth in fashion. Nothing too drasic, just I like black and the jewellry and some styles that blend with 21st century looks.

I probably should be nocturnal, and would if I didn't need the use of the daylight themes, such as shops ect.

I do find when I used work as night shift there was always something kinda magical and less chaotic than the day, but these days I am more hermit and daytime that night. But the sun is something in rl that I try limit when it is summer time and hot.

I can see the appeal in an intimate sense, for sure. But yeah, overall sun is just bad. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad it exists and we get to be alive. But it really needs to learn to respect boundaries.
