Besides a VN you like being abandoned, is there anything more disheartening than finding an interesting story with writing that is worse than a Lifetime movie. I don't mean grammar or how fast they get to lewd, but the dialogue itself. What and how the characters talk can kill the immersion. Sorry to vent, but found one that I love the premise and they are killing me in the dialogue.

Yesssss. There was one that was quite a good game but they keep going back to a pineapple on pizza joke, and every time it goes on too long lol. It's like being beaten to death with words.

Reminds me of my buddy who wanted to do almost like a podcast thing but not liveHe got me to interview him about a project for advertising, but it sounded so forced. Told him to explain things to me instead of to a audience. Works much better, wonder if that can apply to VN, just treat it as if there is no player watching?
