this is my second time doing it. foolishly let an ex (GF at the time) tell me not to worry about it and I ended up gaining so much weight. not no more now I'm making daily changes that I can stick to long term

Oh man I had a similar situation. I was in really good shape but I had a GF who had one of those families that would always ask…”Did you eat”. And “yes im not hungry” was always the wrong answer. I gained weight fast while I was with her.

In fact it is in my top 5 films that I re-watch at least once a year.
