Well, yes. Threaten the Wholesome Kitten and there will be blood.

However, that's not @KaityCat up there, that's @conzibald 's Holesome Kitten @Sarya - and I'm fairly sure they don't mind.

Oh darn, i really didn't see that ... mistaken them kittens for one another, shame on me.
Bah, no bloodshed and public humiliation then tonight i guess. I was really looking forward for something interesting happening. Back to just being grumpy instead of grumpy and entertained.

[LizBell]

I'll be leaving early today (yeah, I was still here, just lurking and reading today), hope you all have a nice day/night!

Some Unity games are playable and pretty good.

No, they crash all the time. Unity and UE.

[setzer]

Just about anything that ISN'T Ren'py is pretty much unplayable.

Yeah, RPGM is stable but I hate the interfaces. Unity is hit or miss depending on who made it. All the others are so underused I don't have any critiques.

Also, as I get older and my time more finite I find sandboxes to be wastes of time. Almost all RPGM and Unity games are sandboxes...

There's a rare 5th one:

"Oh shit someone's coming in!"

What is your favorite time of day?

I'm going to say evening, bordering on twilight. Temperatures cool, a bunch of critters that hide from the heat of the day start emerging, really neat time of day.

[Slumdum]

Welp, I'm off to bed.
Bye everyone, have a good rest of your day/night!
See you all tomorrow!

While RPGM/QSP are really not my thing, some Unity and UE stuff is ok. I actually filter out Ren'Py along with RPGM and QSP sometimes when I'm looking for new games. Still play Ren'py games often enough, but other systems work for me too.

It all depends on who make it. There are plenty of stable stuff out of there.

It's always better then Unreal Engine. That shit is just a hot mess. Unstable and extremely bad optimized.

For me it's evening/night. When the streets clear up and become peaceful. A great time when no one will bother you whatever you are doing.

[conzibald]

I don't think there's much risk of people coming after me now
I am the luckiest kitten in the world to have found an accepting community

Spoiler: Kitty question of the day

What is your favorite time of day?

I'd say midmorning, before most days get hot and it's not the dreaded early morning/sunrise time...

It all depends on who make it. There are plenty of stable stuff out of there.

I find many Ren'Py games to be poorly (data space) optimized too, and having to download and store 40GB (twice if I wanna keep the compressed original to reinstall later) to play a VN is not really happy-making for me. Unfortunately, I find many indie games to be ill-optimized and buggy. It's part of their 'charm'

[uncbuck]

Damn just browsed my renpy save files and realized how much abandoned games I enjoyed are abandoned or forever onhold haha
Damn I love and hate early access hahaha

Yep -- been there done that -- and still doing it.
