Name yourself Mr. Tearbro and I MIGHT believe it.

As for the reaction... No idea. Is that not the Much Love reaction? Lol

no its THIS

[Grapebud]

It is mid. It came out at a time when anime was very niche and everyone watched the same trash, so seeing it was more of a community experience. Of course everyone with nostalgia goggles on is going to aggressively disagree.

I wouldn't really call it mid, but yeah it definitely is nostalgia that made people like it so much. I think there is merit on watching it once in your life, or maybe I just love being trolled by Hideaki.

Stealing that for my collection -- Thank you!

That is why we have better ways of keeping you here than mere shackles

I just played through MGS 1-3 for the first time a couple of months ago. It's a great series. I distracted myself from the The Phantom Pain with Ghost of Tsushima, but plan on getting back to it soon. I know it's kind of lame but I've been watching Metal Girl Solid on YouTube lately and I recommend it to anyone who has played the original Metal Gear.

I'll have to check that out. I loved the Phantom Pain, but I wish Kojima could have finished it like he wanted too.

Kinda thinking mass consumerism isn't a gender issue...

Its blood sucker if you don't mind. Because...

It could be worse. You could be this dude here

wow, they are huge lol.

There isn't anything wrong with that. 80's were a very diverse era in music. From Metal to hip hop to the birth of grunge, in the late 80's.
And if you think about it the start of Nu-metal with this lil gem.

Don't worry about that -- If there is money to be made -- the Card Companies will be there. That is why it is often called a "Hallmark Holiday" Just another excuse to separate you from your money.

Here it's a bit different, our "Valentine's Day" is just another occasion to exchange gifts, but when you're married, the date isn't even taken into consideration.
But it is still another commercial date to take our money, just like Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Children's Day, International Women's Day...

But what to do, right? This is life in society in the capitalist world.

Kinda thinking mass consumerism isn't a gender issue...

80% of consumers are women. Every marketing department knows this. Most ads you see are targeted to women.

It makes sense.
But nowadays, with the popularity of social networks and their "influencers", in addition to the culture of ostentation, I believe that consumerism is equal between genders.

At least in my country.

There will always be a fool to spend their salary on things that some sub-celebrity is using or promoting.

American cheese is good when you have literally no other options. It's just a lot of low quality cheese blended up together and emulsified. Give me some good old cheddar any day of the week.
