to be perfectly honest I did use to drink the koolaid, I seeked high bitrate albums and wanted only the highest bit depth, then I saw this

which if you don't have time for, although I highly recommend it, debunks it all by going: the same math that makes digital audio work in the first place proves you dont need any higher quality than cd quality.

does anyone hear have a hard time actually going to sleep or do you actually get tired enough that you actually fall asleep im kinda stuck on not being able to ever fall asleep unless its like 4pm but if i nap itll be hell any advice please and thank you

I have trouble sleeping.. that's pretty much every day. Sometimes for me I just stay up for over 24 hours and try to get back on a regular schedule.

Not recommended if you gotta go into work. So, uh.. yeah..

Make some physical activity before bed. I usually take a run and then I can sleep easily.
