holy hell thats and expensive camera setup

i dont even know what some of that means haha not sure what a digital adaptor is unless its like an old film camera converted to digital somehow

you a pro photog or you just shoot a lot like as a hobby

Well, the intro price for the Camera body itself was about $6500 USD when I bought it back in 2021, Sony Alpha 1, btw. The accessories and such made it much higher than that.

I did take Photography in College, but I'm not in any way professional. I mostly focused on Film Studies and Business. I do take studio shots, but I actually work on the producing side of Film. I find locations for filming, then scout them out, and take a bunch of shots. It wasn't until recently that I took on the extra responsibility of negotiating and securing contracts for filming on public and private property. This usually means: Find places that are cheap and easy on taxes and look great. Whatever helps the budget in the end.
