Never got used to the opening theme. Bakula fan as well, liked it up til season 4 where I feel they had to rush.

Jolene Blalock was such a babe, plus it was her first truly major role. She did it well, and the eye candy was very much appreciated, one of the reasons I also like short hair on women.

DS9 is THE best series of all of them.

It had a couple of rough patches like the pilot or that episode where Bashir gets possessed. But even with the space Jesus (aka. The Sisko) plotline, it has the best character arcs, monologues, set pieces, political intrigue, I watch it at least once a year.

Out of the new Star Trek series, I've only really liked Strange New Worlds. Anson Mount is great, and he plays a damn good Pike.

Quick edit, I like Lower Decks and Short Treks, but I don't count them as a whole, and never watched Prodigy, though I should.

Just personnel preferences, I enjoyed DS9 a lot. Worf was a badass in it, Bashir and O'Brien has such good chemistry. Got so much good lore from the Ferengi and Cardassians. Felt the Dominion War went on too long at the end though.
