Flags are not only for nations and states and localities. They're for all sorts of reasons and things. So yeah, there are a lot of different pride flags, which you can essentially treat as a piece of cloth. There are flags for political positions and political figures, there are souvenir flags, etc.

fair but i find it more fun to treat all flags as representatives of nations and states and considering i have stared at a good chunk of flags during my hoi4 play i am biased for that viewpoint

My first donation I got more LC coin than expected, with bonus and discount numbers didn't add up, thought I got away with something.
Second donation all added up correctly, I really thought I got away with something the first time.
Now everything makes sense...
