Dragon Maid got me back into anime after a long hiatus, though I am a fan of just about anime genre, but there are good and bad examples of all, and you just have to search out the quality ones, or ones that speak to you.

I prefer some of the Moe. K-On is a masterpiece. But no one wants to see the same type of animation in all options, so a mix is the way to go. However, as we had the Moe phase, we had a few years of pratically every anime being a Isekai, so it was boring.

I like Disturbed but I didn't like them live. After each song David would start preaching and I just couldn't take it. I saw them for the pop sucks tour. Opener was chevelle then Disturbed and then Korn. If I remember correctly Disturbed pretty much had just released the sickness and Chevelle hadn't even released wonder what's next yet.

Early on in 2000 I saw them live in NYC and no preaching then, was a good show then.

I've been watching anime since 1985, I've been in this fandom since I was in single digits, and I love how huge it has become, and how chill most people in it are. I still go to cons and feel perfectly at home, even when meeting new people, it's great.

I can't remember besides Voltron what my original anime is, I think it was Lodoss War

I do like playing GTA, but I do think the games are overrated.
It's a cool and fun game, but isn't this masterpiece many people say it is.
Also, the ragdoll mechanics in V annoys me. A lot.

It's a lot of people's favorite game though.
Hell, my nephew started on playing GTA5 and hasn't stopped since.
The ragdolls are pretty dumb, though.

What I have in the bank and what it shows in public 90% of it was earned just like how you earned yours. Talking and getting to know people. Which I have made a few friends on here. I have had my account for almost 2 years. But like most I was just a lurker. I wasn't active at all until like the end of June. So a few month ago. But in that time i've gotten P1 and P4. All you need to do it talk and engage with people. I know that's hard for some. The feel of being rejected or ignored. Even tho I'm at the point where a fair amount of people here know me. There's still some that I feel haven't fully excepted me. But i'm still trying to engage with them. All everyone has to do it try

It's much easier here than it is in real life at least.

Nice. It took me forever to finally see Slipknot. I saw ffdp in their first tour together they were the opener for a Korn concert. Not even a year before I had seen motorgrater at Ozzfest which was Ivan's band before he did ffdp. The other band at that concert was ten years. But I've seen Disturbed, Mudvayne, chevelle all before they got popular because of Korn concerts

Korn is now the opening act for those types of bands.

Ozzy is great live! Iron Maiden was also high energy, Bruce was belting out high notes, running around the stage, wasn't winded or anything, after an hour. I just remember thinking, how the fuck is this guy so lively at his age?

I think PS5 just recently passed Switch in monthly sales, which is already a 7 year old system.
But Sony seems to be going badly in Japan. They're too focused on the western market (hence the closing down studios and less anime-esque games). I really wish they would go back to how it were before...
