Here sometime ago a law firm started sending bills to those who downloaded the movies of their client, and many people paid the bills afraid of being sued, but those who didn't pay received nothing more, because here it's not illegal doing so. There was even a website some pirates created explaining that the charging was wrong and how you should avoid giving it attention. Hahaha

We do something similar with speeding tickets here, sometimes they come in the mail so you just throw them out because there is a law if you don't get notified by a certain date/time after the incident you don't have to pay the fee. So you just saw you never received them

The bank is good. It's where nearly all of my coins come from at this point. I think I almost have positive coins again.
