We do something similar with speeding tickets here, sometimes they come in the mail so you just throw them out because there is a law if you don't get notified by a certain date/time after the incident you don't have to pay the fee. So you just saw you never received them

I had to search to find out that it's 20% off of money purchases of LC.

The display is likely coded / automated.

A nice Quality of Life thing (no rush) would be to add "to purchases" or "to prices" but it's not urgent. I can just tell if the purchase prices didn't move.
(or it could already be there in the wording (discount, rebate, etc...) and I'm just missing it)
