The advantage of the kiosks is that you don't have to communicate your order to another person, you just punch it in yourself, so there's no miscommunication. Plus if there are sauce options it shows all of them instead of having to read the tiny font on the menu.

Yeah, I hate it too. And some times there isn't even all options there to begin with. I've gone to fast food that only had the prices of the combos on the monitors, not the burger alone.

I could careless if they do or don't have the kiosks. My problem is in my area these same people that have kiosks and automated stuff to do their jobs not long ago were demanding whining crying threatening to strike if they didn't get 20 plus bucks an hour to work at these fast food restaurants. For what if you have all these things doing your job for you, you don't need to be paid that damn much

And then some days later I went there and it just froze when I was ordering. I gave up and went to a table wait for my wife. From far away I saw two different people try to use the frozen kiosk, until the lady came and rebooted it. Hahaha
And one thing that I absolutely hate is that the McDonald's here only have this fucking kiosks now. Even with these problems I can order alright, but there are people that are literally technologically illiterate and can't use them at all. And also undecided people, that goes to them and starts thinking in what to order.
