Narcissistic Personality Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder.

These are among the Cluster B disorder in the DSM, along with the more known Antisocial Personality Disorder, a.k.a. Psychopaths.

These are disorders characterized by a lack of empathy, among other symptoms. Other people are things to them. They are at the root caused by "faulty wiring" so they basically cannot be treated.

I personally don't like how they look. Also I think "That's something that might go wrong when you age if you got them done at the cheapo place."

So, when it comes to porn, when I see a massively tatted and pierced actress or game LI, I'm out.
Again, NOT dissing people doing this IRL, I want to be clear on that.

It was so long from when I read it until the movie came out, I didn't remember.

I first read the books in the mid-late 80s and only reread about a month ago. It's all still pretty fresh, but only the most glaring of variances stood out when the movies (both series) came out. While I'm still a fan of the movies, I'm really disappointed by some of the changes Jackson made to the relationships and interactions between characters solely to create conflict and extra "drama". There's plenty of drama in the books and it would have been cool to see the trees at Helm's Deep instead of the Elves (who weren't there in the books).
