Kitchen still has power but some rooms don't and it's not the circuit breaker, very frustrating. But it could have been worse, I could not have the computer.

That's about the same thing I'm saying though. Most of the recent films have been absolute dreck. Still made a shit load of money.
Look at the last few years: Eternals, The Marvels, Black Widow, Quantumania, were all objectively bad movies. Only The Marvels was considered a failure though, not because it lost a lot of money, but because it only broke about even. The rest of these movies made a lot of money.
I don't really watch TV or stream much, so I haven't seen She Hulk or Loki or WandaVision
A better, more succint way of putting it, is that you can either treat "Super Hero" as a Genre, or you can treat it as an Aesthetic and make a Genre Movie within that Aesthetic. DC make "Super Hero" Genre Films. Marvel, when they're doing it properly, use the Super Hero world and aesthetic, to tell a different Genre of story.
Yes. I'm a proud Marvel fanboy and I'm not ashamed of it!
That's a good point, the other Marvel offerings compared to Justice League or Black Adam are heads above DC movies. (WW1984 blech)
I'm a Marvel fan, too. Maybe not a fanboy, but I like to watch the movies.
Like he wasn't gonna do that already? C'mon, get serious. He's probably gonna grab Silwith while he's at it. (Not a bad idea for the weekend, actually.)

The spicy Andouille is the best. The soft chorizo, cooked up like ground sausage is good, too. That's what I used to use in cast iron pan deep dish pizzas (with pepperoni).
Suppliers like Sysco get their product at the same places that most supermarkets do. But, they get a better price for bulk orders. A different place I worked at would get all our sliced beef from a local butcher, because the quality jumped about 5X, we paid double for meat and about 1.5X for cheese and veggies. But, all our bread, sauces and secondary ingredients came from Sysco. But, our ground beef came from Sysco, the cost was really close, but Sysco was leaner and could be ordered in larger packages (10 lb vs 1 lb).
I know its rare for a small price increase make a big difference. But, convenience sometimes is a factor.
It was a big store brand. I thought it was weird how we made our own dough, chopped fresh peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms, but bought an industrial sized bucket of sauce.
I think it has something to do with the casing and density of the sausage. The last good pepperoni I got was Boars Head and it curled in a pizza oven.
The crispy edges withe the soft cup area is delicious.
I hate Sysco with a deep and abiding passion. The way their business is put together makes billing a nightmare and keeping consistent quality nationwide nearly impossible. We had to go back to them many times for refunds when they continually provided the wrong items over and again, or charged a price different from the price in our contracts. But, when you're the 8,000lb gorilla, you really don't give a fuck.
We moved our business to PFG eventually. You don't pick from their list (like Sysco), but curate your own list and that's all they'll ever purchase, store and deliver. Was cheaper overall and much more consistent. They were also good about keeping us informed if they found that something on our list was becoming a problem and would help us find a good substitute if necessary.
Well, ya did say "Biscuits & Gravy" earlier , so I just kinda thought...
I mean...who doesn't (at least not the ugly ones)?
Redneck is a state of un-mind. "Not the brightest knives in the drawer."
Well, had you not explained it to me- I'd still be fuckin' clueless.
I was just making sure I understood OR you would've had to re-explain to my numpty ass...
Which production company is this- I'm curious to actually see some of this. Names? Links?
So, I disagree with this rather heavily.
If you look at Marvels most successful films, it's because they did the inverse - went against the grain that they themselves set.
Most notable example: Captain America: Winter Soldier - a Spy Thriller set in a Super Hero World
The most formulaic of the Marvel films are the ones that perform the worst.
And then, we have their TV Shows, where they really tried to mix genres.
So... I think Marvel gets a bad rap.
DC, on the other hand, they very much saw Marvels "formula" and treated it as something they barely need to itterate on. They thought "Lets do that, but make it dark and edgy" and I think that's ultimately one of the reasons they fail SO hard. Because they don't stray out of the "Super Hero" Genre...

I liked Marvel's movies, but the laters ones I found rather meh. I think the last ones I liked were Guardians 3 and Spider-man 3. I really wish Marvel would make different genres of movies set in the same universe, like one focused on comedy, one on drama, one psychological horror and such, but despite different themes they all usually follow a similar formula.
That said, they're still way ahead of DC. From them I only liked the last Suicide Squad, which is probably because Gunn made it DC's Guardians of Galaxy movie. Hahaha

Enjoyed Suicide Squad as well, my boy Starro. With Deadpool now with Disney they got comedy now, just need to bring back Charlie Cox as Daredevil and get a good lawyer movie.
