The Mods have en-masse removed pfp's from users.
If yours was not AI and was not a smol, than you can put the image back.

But right now, no AI images, not even in profiles, and no loli images.

not sure if i have any sleep disorders, but i've never quite learned how to fall asleep in a reasonable amount of time, sometimes laying in bed shuffling for a hour or more before sleep claims me, whereas the rest of my family seem to pass out the moment they touch their beds
at least i still tend to get upwards of 9 hours of sleep each night

Is this the first time or have you been having this on and off for longer? (Than the the last couple weeks?)
I used stuggle from insomnia years ago, on and off, for years.
Never got completely fixed but I managed to somehow deal with it, though I still need to reset my sleep cycle every once in a while.

I've a bit of experience going through this, if you'd like some of the advice that's helped me

Yeah, it's hard to gauge that. The worst one is always the one that's not behind you.

Are there additional stressor (job) that you can at least put aside and focus on getting back in control, or do you just have to bite the bullet?

The also do the best version of Jabberwocky ever recorded! I also understand that they had an in-house cooking show!

I know Jim Henson did the "Dream Child"- where Alice goes back to Wonderland, but it's all gone to shit since she left... It's keeping with the "Alice in Wonderland" theme, but I don't know "Jabberwocky".

You might have that wish fulfilled. I saw a post by an admin a couple days ago that they were considering adding more reactions.
In the meantime, I use the sad face or the purple heart for being sad with someone or showing empathy.
