The ranks and rules have changed a lot, so there isn't really a P4 anymore.

Thick gloves to prevent bites and grab right behind the front legs (palm to back).
if you want a mess/harm then a broom/object works fine.

Where can you see your "activity" score ? Doesnt matter which theme i'm in, doesnt even pop up anywhere.

The only way I was able to find it was when trying to 'purchase' something in shop that requires it. It then says "Activity Score Requirement not met: <#> of <total>"

No clue if there is a better way.

The only way i read about it, was when there was an announcement that you need 10 activity score to open a thread.

Thats why i'm not yet opened one with my rather "dark" art.
