Don't believe anyone misses the lockdown (masks, hysteria), people miss the times before, but like the world is getting worse and worse after covid, especially the internet tourists so I get the sentiment...

I miss the lockdown....I will feel 6 years younger haha
I get what you mean… it’s weird how the lockdown era already feels like it belongs in a completely different timeline. Like one day we were all stuck at home and the next thing you know it’s been years and you’re wondering where the time went 😅

If anything, it really does feel like a weird "time skip" in real life… and yeah, mentally I think a lot of us are still like 2020 + 1 update.

Sad Kevin Hart GIF

The good thing that happened during the lockdowns is that beer distributors are somehow considered under agriculture in Pennsylvania and considered essential so stayed open. One even had a sign "beer is essential." The liquor stores (all are state owned) at first only had pre order and pick up at curb but then opened. Apparently they were afraid of alcoholics in withdrawal clogging up hospitals.

Well, it was fun breaking up the censorship behind grok and gpt...now I don't have nothing else to do.
I hate those pesky daily limits of generation, I couldn't make the image detailed and sharp enough, still blurry and some went unfinished, bruh...

And no...I won't use local IA generation because my poor PC wont handle it lol, plus I don't even know where to start so...meh

That "beer is essential" sign is honestly peak 2020 energy 😂

In Spain it was a bit different, since most alcohol comes from supermarkets and bars rather than state-run liquor stores. Supermarkets stayed open the whole time (as essential businesses), so beer and wine were always available, no restrictions there.

Bars and restaurants were the real big change though, they were closed for long periods, which made it feel very weird culturally here since social life is so tied to them.

In the US, most restaurants were only doing take out. A few started doing dine in but many shut down entirely.

That's how most of the US is/was. Pennsylvania since allowed beer and wine in supermarkets but liquor is state owned stores only. And it wasn't that long ago all had to be closed on Sunday. Puritanism still has a strong hold in much of the US,

Now that you mention it, my birthday is coming up soon—June 9th.

Good morning, everyone, by the way~

I just finished updating two that were pending and sent them to LU. There are still a few more left, but I can't keep going—it's really cold and my fingers hurt. But I saw that two uploaders have logged in, so more games will probably start appearing on LU soon. They happen to be two of the hardest-working uploaders.
June 9th? That makes you a Gemini. Geminis are known for being quick-witted, highly adaptable, and great communicators. I can definitely see the communication part in you, at least.

Also, how are you feeling cold when everywhere else is moving from spring into summer? Do you live on Earth 2.0 or something? 😆

That's the day I graduated high school in 1992.
Who remembers the exact day they graduated high school? You're either a romantic or you've got a photographic memory.

A flare hit me as I was lighting the fireplace and struck me full on. I’m okay—just a few burnt hairs, my clothes are a little scorched, and my little brother is a bit nervous because he saw the fireball hit me head-on.

This reminds me of my ex-girlfriends—all of them, without exception, always said I had an innate ability to get myself in trouble and get hurt. One even threatened to kidnap me and lock me in a room to make sure nothing happens to me.

Ugh... I still smell like something's burning.
Dang, you have a fireplace? Do you live in some classic old manor straight out of the past or something?

Virtually every male I know. Females on the other hand...
