Hello again everyone. Just accidently took a 5 hour nap now I gotta catch up.

Oh i know that feeling, it's why i don't nap anymore ... even with an alarm that i mysteriously disable without noticing i just sleep way to long and wake up in a state of confusion (and still tired, because why the fuck not). And because my sleep schedule is all over the place anyway i sometimes wouldn't even know if i slept till early morning or late evening ...

I am nowhere near my late 70s or early eighties, but fatigue or boredom has me dozing in certain situations (listening to a speaker, etc). The inability to string sentences coherently has been the evidence of cognitive decline I noticed over the past 5 years or so.
