I understand you. Rather than to discuss the differences of our thoughts, trying to know and understand about each other is the best thing i think.

That is the best option, but it only works if both sides are willing to come to the table as honest actors with an open mind and listen to what the other says. Like this co-worker of mine has pretty much the opposite views of me yet discuss politics and other world issues and we get along just fine because we both listen to what the other says, heck he even thanked me a while back for it.

Sciuridae is the official name of the taxonomic family of animals, belonging to the rodentia order(aka the rodents), that people usually refer to as simply squirrels. This includes the tree squirrels, the ground squirrels (chipmunks belong here btw) and the flying squirrels. Just because I'm pulling @Simon_Says leg a bit, it doesn't mean I don't know some biology. Do note btw that this does mean that chipmunks are indeed taxonomically speakings squirrels, as they belong to the sciuridae family. They are simply not tree squirrels. Which is what people often think of when they think squirrels.

I can't wait to see the face of that so called "Chipmunk" when realizes he is probably the most useless of the squirrel. Or "Sciuridae" as it be...
