I am not yet a banker and Thou art much better poised than I to make such an appraisal but I would say -- looking at it through my telescope from far far below to be a minimum of 60 K in interest a day (3,000,000 LC deposited) just to be allowed to join their clubs. And even at that one would still not be allowed beyond the velvet ropes to enter the holy shit VIP level.

I genuinely don't know enough about bitcoin and its legal to know how this would go down. My feeling with crypto is there's not actually anyone regulating any of it seriously enough. There'd probably be some news stories about a bunch of bitcoin moving from some wallets to other wallets, and that's all we'd hear about it.
